European accent did an outstanding job working on my Mercedes. They stayed fully within the scope of what I asked, but also pointed out a few additional issues that weren’t urgent — which I appreciated. Nothing was pushed or upsold, just honest information and real expertise. They were also willing to communicate directly with my original tech, and they explained the problem clearly along with the possible causes behind it. That level of transparency and teamwork gave me a lot of confidence in the repair process. My car is finally running the way it should, and I left feeling like I’d been taken care of by people who genuinely know their stuff. If you're looking for skilled, straightforward professionals for your European vehicle, I highly recommend European Vacation.

This is the only place you want to bring your Mercedes-Benz in the Triad to get worked on. To say they are more than fair when working on your car is the understatement of the year. I cannot recommend the workmanship And customer service enough. Greg and Les are the best.

I’ve been a client of European Accents for over 12 years exclusively. Without exception, my experience has been unique among personnel in the auto repair business the most important aspect of my experience as a woman has been the ethics and high level of integrity maintained by the principals Greg and Les and required of their subordinates… All of whom are skilled at the analysis and repair of Mercedes vehicles. For me, my trust and less the individual with whom I have the most contact is unwavering and I appreciate him greatly. Everything I’ve written here I would be hard pressed to apply to any other auto repair organization that I’ve dealt with over the course of my lifetime. They are indeed rare.
